We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch times and aim to get your vintage garments out to you as soon as possible of you to wear. We ship our items Monday – Saturday and aim to parcel and ship all orders the next following day to avoid any disappointment.
Orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail and are tracked.
UK Standard Delivery – £3.95 (delivered within 2/4 days).
Orders placed outside of the UK are shipped via Royal Mail and are tracked. We offer seperate rates for orders placed within the EU and United States and have a set rate for any other international orders outside of these areas.
EU Tracked Delivery – £14.00 (delivered within 4/10 working days)
US Tracked Delivery – £25.00 (delivered within 4/10 working days)
Rest of the World – £20.00 (delivered within 4/10 working days)
As TMC Vintage is an independent business, we only accept returns and refunds on items that you are un-happy with the quality of. The majority of our products are second hand or used and therefore we state the condition of the item within each product description. We will only offer a refund for products that have marks or damages that are not stated in the products description and will not accept returns on items that do not fit. It is important that you know your own measurements and if you require any help on our sizes please visit our size guide.
We must receive your returned, ‘unused’ item within 14 days of delivery for the return to be valid. For international returns, you have 21 days.
To register your return please fill in the contact form with the subject ‘Return’ and the product number of the product you are returning. We will then contact you back with the return address.
Please return items with the swing tag attached. Items returned without will not be eligible for a refund. All items will be inspected upon return, so please return any products in the same condition as you received them.
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost.
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 3/5 working days depending on your payment option.
